Three generations, one recipe box.
Maria Contini opened this kitchen with four tables, a wood oven, and her grandmother's handwritten recipes carried over from Calabria. Thirty years later, the tables have multiplied but the sauce still simmers for six hours, and the pasta is still rolled by hand every morning before service.
Today her daughter Lucia runs the kitchen, but nothing on the menu changes without passing Maria's taste test first.
